The Drink plays a vital role in any restaurant. It provides the first taste of what we do, and then complements the food. At The Barn, we’ve put together beverage offerings to appeal to all tastes.

Starting with non-alcoholic beverages, we have all the usual suspects, plus Tall Cat Coffee roasted in nearby Dorset, Vermont, and Rookie’s Root Beer on draft from Burlington!

We have five draft beers, four of which are Vermont, and/or New England. Additionally, we have about 30 canned and bottled domestic, imported and craft beers that may rotate seasonally. Also on draft, we offer Citizen’s Hard Cider from Burlington.  Our cooler now includes two N.A.’s by Athletic Brewing, a hazy IPA and a golden ale, for those that still love a good beer with dinner but have the car keys in their pocket.

For wines, we carry six white and six red wines by the glass, featuring a cabernet from Chile, the bold Tutunjian and a lovely riesling out of the Finger Lakes, by Boundary Breaks.  This time of year, enjoy the heat of summer with a chilled glass of a blush and light rose of pinot noir.  Or pick your favorite and enjoy a bottle at the table!

Liquors count near 100 labels, with some local and notable stand-outs! From Vermont, we carry Smuggler’s Notch Vodka, Barr Hill Gin, and Mad River Rye. A great selection of tequilas, whiskies and Scotch awaits the sipping enthusiast. And Rick is at the ready with specialty cocktails, the area’s best martinis and a style all his own…

We invite you to make responsible enjoyment of drinks at The Barn a part of your experience!
